sponsor love {pt 1}

Over the next little while, I will be introducing my sponsors & their favorite photos.  They will be explaining why they love their photos & what they did to edit it to make it "just right."
These are women of various levels of photography experience, and they are here because they LOVE photography as much as I do... even if that means they just shoot with their camera phones and have fun with Instagram like Cassie of Two In Diapers!

I'm so excited to be a sponsor of Lena B Photography's blog!
This is one of my very favorite photos of all time! I'm definitely not much of a photographer, but once in a while I capture a wonderful moment such as this with my little ones.

I took this photo on my beloved iPhone using Instagram app, and the filter I chose was Amaro.

Up next is Colleen of Paisley Boulevard... I've probably mentioned her here before since SHE totally designed this space for me. Isn't it lovely?  {if you're on the lookout for a new look, get in touch with her! she's amazing!!}

Hi friends of Lena! I'm Colleen and I blog at Paisley Boulevard. I'm excited to blab a bit about photo editing with you today! I use Photoshop to do all of my photo editing. It's an amazing tool that gives you limitless photo editing creativity, and it's great for just simple tweaks as well.
This is one of my favorite shots of my son, before editing.

and here is the same photo after a bit of editing:

To edit this photo, I cropped it, used a spot healing tool to remove the shed (HUGE photoshop benefit!), perked up the greenery, added a blur, adjusted the levels for a softer effect, and added a sun flare for fun!
I know that Photoshop can be a bit intimidating, but I think it is so worth the learn! You can do so many amazing things with it, and I am always discovering fun and creative ways to use it.

 Stay tuned for more wonderful sponsors!
They'll be visiting the blog over the next few weeks!
Be sure to show them a little love!

Again, thank you for all your support ♥
